JOSEPH I. NAPOLIELLO, MAI
Joseph I. Napoliello, MAI, has a B.B.A degree in
Finance from Loyola University, New Orleans and an M.S.B.A degree in
Business from Boston University. He served in the U.S. Army as a Finance
Officer after college. Before becoming involved in real estate sales,
finance and appraisal he also worked for Dean Witter Reynolds as a
securities broker. He has been a real estate appraiser since 1986 working
in both the residential and commercial fields before joining with William
C. Haley, MAI, to form the Haley Appraisal Company, Inc., in 1989.
Mr. Napoliello has broad experience in the valuation
of real property interests throughout Northern California. Over the past
ten years much of his work has been focused on appraisals for eminent
domain assignments and he has provided expert testimony in both San
Francisco and San Mateo County.
He is currently working with the County of San Mateo
and various cities along the peninsula on right of way projects performing
acquisition work as well as appraisals.
He also serves on the Board of Directors of the Northern California
Chapter of the Appraisal Institute and is the Public Relations Chairman.
