RECR reserves the right to reject any advertisement. Advertisers and their agencies will indemnify and hold harmless RECR, and its agents, against all expenses and losses resulting from the publication of the contents of the advertisements, including claims for libel, violation of privacy, copyright infringement, or plagiarism.

RECR will not be liable for any failure to print, publish, or circulate Appraisal Today due to acts of God, acts of government, acts of the U.S. Postal Service, strikes, or other circumstances beyond its control.
