Rates - $350 per email.
Specifications - No more than 65 words.
Statistics
- Goes to over 9,500 appraisers every week.
- The number of emails that are "passed
along" is not known, but is probably high, as the emails have
been sent since June, 1994.
Recommended frequency
Advertising on a regular basis is recommended, for example, once per month for a
year. Some like to advertise in every email for maximum exposure.

Print newsletter advertising
inserts
Rates - $600 per issue, plus $ .23 per
ounce for postage costs. (paid in advance)
Specifications
- No larger than 8.5 inches by 11 inches is
recommended as the newsletter is mailed in a 9 in. by 12 in. envelope.
- Sent out by U.S. Mail, first class, so
"flat" material is recommended such as printed material and CDs.
- Special packaging is available for larger
and/or non-flat advertising material for an additional fee.
Statistics
- About 1,400 paid subscribers.
- Readership is about 2,800 (two persons per
issue). In other words, for every subscriber, an additional person reads the
newsletter.
Due date - Received at 2015 Clement Ave.,
Alameda, CA by the 15th of the month prior to the issue. For example,
received by November 15 for the December issue.
Recommended frequency - More than one
mailing is recommended. Once every three months, four months, or six months are
options.
