Our corporate headquarters is located in Poway, California with service centers in Poway, California and Danvers, Massachusetts. Patricia Perrine comes to us from Washington Mutual Bank. Pat worked primarily as a staff appraiser for WAMU performing field inspections. Pat has been a valued member of the appraisal industry for 13 plus years. On January 20, 2000, Primis filed an S-1, Registration Statement for up to $86.2 million of common stock in an initial public offering. Number of shares and share price has not been set yet.
