California architectural styles for appraisers

      When you took your beginning appraisal courses, the instructor covered U.S. architectural styles, which was interesting but not always relevant for California appraisers. This seminar is for California appraisers and focuses on practical valuation aspects of California historic architectural styles.

     Why should you care about USPAP? Who makes the rules? The seminar is taught by a practicing appraiser and will answer many questions that you have in your daily appraisal work. The emphasis is on practical applications of USPAP in the real world. Bring your USPAP questions!

• A mortgage broker calls you for a comp run, and wants a range of values. Is this subject to USPAP? If it is, what are the standards?
