3 Reasons for signing up for a booth now and not waiting until the last minute!

  1. Advertising starts when we receive your application and payment.
    1. Your name, link, and description (up to 65 words) on the conference Web site Expo page.
    2. Your ad on the conference home page, starting when we receive your application and payment.
  2. Recognition in our weekly email newsletter (sent to over 8,500 appraisers) and our "paper" newsletter.
  3. Attendees like to see which vendors are exhibiting, an important part of the conference for both prospects and your current customers.  

Price
$1,200 per booth.

Expected number of attendees
There were about 400 paid attendees at the 2005 National Conference, including over 50 Expo-only passes. We expect about the same number this year.

I know how boring it can be sitting at a booth with no attendees because everyone is in the education sessions, so I have set up the conference schedule for maximum contact. With two concurrent sessions breaking at different times, this is lots of attendee contact!

Exhibit Hours
  • August 9 - 7:30 AM to 6 PM (Sessions start at 8:30AM and end at 5PM)
  • August 10 - 7:30  AM to 4 PM (after the last break)
  • Move-in - noon to 5 PM August 8 (later move-in time available if needed)
  • Move-out - 4 PM to 6 PM - August 10
  • Education session hours:
    • Wednesday, August 9, 8:30AM to 5 PM, with 1 hour & 30 minutes for lunch (Expo closes at 6PM) 
    • Thursday, August 10, 8:30AM to 4:30 PM, with 1 hour for lunch (Expo closes at 4PM)  
    • Breaks will be staggered to allow for more continuous traffic at exhibits

Total contact time

  • Day 1: 1 hour 30 minute lunch plus 2 hour total breaks (all sessions), =  3.5 hours plus continental breakfast 7:30AM - 8:30AM
  • Day 2: 1 hour lunch plus 2 hour total breaks (all sessions), =  3 hours plus continental breakfast 7:30AM - 8:30AM

All refreshments and lunch will be in the Expo room 

Breaks will be staggered among the two concurrent sessions - about 20 minutes in the morning (1 break) and 40 minutes in the afternoon (2 breaks) for a total of 2 hours each day.
